ReadyPro Roofing is a full service Residential and Commercial Roofing Sales company specializing in Storm Restoration. This position requires face to face interaction with homeowners and businesses In the field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business development

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings

- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales

Experience:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- General sales or construction sales experience is highly desirable
